![]() ![]() It isn't about being lazy or s about balance. ![]() Its VERY TOUGH to find time to balance all of these for us, and I know several family's that just can't. I do the Couch to 5K program three days a week and Aikido three days a week. I don't get to bed till almost midnight many nights and my wife gets up at 04:30hrs to attempt to have about a half-hour to work out. It's not hard to do a longer work-out you just have to want to do it.It's not that cut-and-dried.I work two jobs, commute to both, my wife works the opposite direction and she commutes, my step-son goes to summer school in a third direction and my three year-old just wants to see his parents and brother. I currently work two jobs and don't get home till around mindnight most days, but you'll see me running at least a mile on the sidewalk at one in the morning and working out till about 2 or 3. I you can't find at least an hour to work out a day than either your life is so busy I can't begin to understand how you get up in the morning or your'e lazy and need to discipline yourself to find the time to work out for more than ten minutes a day. Instead of wasting half their monthly income on a program for those who are infected with laziness. The best part of your two cents is that it could buy someone a real work-out. It's not hard to do a longer work-out you just have to want to do it. 02 worth. The best part of your two cents is that it could buy someone a real work-out. This program might work to maintain fitness in a person who is already fit, but only minimally. Personally, I think its a gimmick to sell a product to people who are predisposed to laziness in the first place. ![]() Ten minutes is simply not enough time to get any real benefits, no matter how intense the workout is. ![]() I have a real issue with ANY exercise program that only asks you to work out 10 minutes a day. ![]()
